Photo Advent Calendar Review

I'm a bit lover of advent calendars, I don't think you ever really grow out of the excitement that advent calendars bring. The count down to Christmas and getting a little gift everyday of December there is nothing quite like it. As much as I am a lover of chocolate I always look for something a little different. This year a company called JMS creative got in touch to tell me about there new photo calendars. I met the lovely Jo and Mark at the Bedfordshire baby show earlier this year.

We were sent the Photo advent calendar to review, It is available in 7 different designs and it is completely unique to the you. It makes the perfect gift for friends, family, grandparents or just yourself. If your trying to loose weight like I am this is the perfect alternative to having a chocolate advent.

I picked the Snowman and Santa design. I then had lots of fun picking pictures of Emily throughout the year, and pictures of us as a family, I was really impressed with this idea. I like the excitement of opening a door to see a new picture of Emily or a picture of us as a family from throughout 2015. Such as pictures of Emily's first birthday, her learning to walk and our first family holiday. The brilliant thing about this photo advent is you can keep it rather than disposing of it like you would with a chocolate one.

Once you have opened all the doors, you can cut around the black line and then frame your picture. I love that it has '2015 magic moments' in the middle. You can also buy the additional frame with the calendar, it comes in 3 different colours. White, black and red. I went for a white frame to match my bedroom, as you can see in the picture above. I absolutely love the idea of this calendar and will definitely be purchasing them in years to come. I'm such a sentimental person, that the idea of the photograph advent calendar really appeal to me. They are only £7.99 too which I think it great value. What do you think of the calendar?

*I was sent these products for the purpose of the review, however all opinions are my own*

  1. Oh that is the cutest thing ever. Also good for little babies who can't eat chocolate. What a lovely idea, I will definitely go and check them out. #TinselTuesdays
