Aden + Anais Dream Blanket [Review]

If you are a regular reader, you will know that since I have had Isabelle, I have fallen in love with Aden + Anais products. I sadly missed out on how amazing they were when Emily was a baby, but when a friend introduced me to them while I was pregnant with Isabelle I knew I just had to have some of the soft swaddle muslins. The combination of soft muslin, generous sizing and beautiful prints had me sold straight away.

Isabelle couldn't agree more, she's 7 months old now, and we still use the swaddles daily, she will not settle or sleep without one, they have become her comforter, and we have about 16 now? maybe more. She absolutely loves the super soft material, when she is tired you can often find her laying under the swaddle blanket, rubbing it against her face and falling asleep. When they reached out and asked if we would like the opportunity to review one of their dream blankets, of course, I jumped at the chance. I knew that Isabelle would absolutely love it, and the fact it was much thicker than her muslins meant that it would keep her lovely and warm while we were out and about during the winter.

The Aden + Anais dream blankets are made from four layers of their well know 100% cotton muslin, ensuring that they are breathable, soft and durable. They are also the same size as the muslin swaddles 120cm x 120cm.  Not only does this make it larger than most other baby blankets, but it also means there is plenty of space to steal some of her blankets when we are snuggling on the sofa.

Not only is the dream blanket brilliant for snuggling Isabelle up while we are out and about, its also brilliant to pop on the floor, so Isabelle can sit and play with her toys. It just provides her with that extra bit of padding, and I know that she just loves the feel of the blanket under her feet.

We went for the beautiful metallic primrose design, which I fell in love with as soon as I saw, not only has it been perfect for Isabelle. Emily has also been known to pinch it on a few occasions. there is plenty of room for her to snuggle under the blanket, and she also loves how soft it is. I was a little bit apprehensive about washing the beautiful blanket, but I'm happy to say, just like my previous experience with Aden + Anais products, it has washed brilliantly and only gets softer with age.

They are available in a range of designs, from Disney through to the classic Aden + Anais prints, the dream blankets retail at £44.95 rising to £58 for the metallic versions.
