Playtime with Miffy

Emily is a big fan of bunnies, anything bunny related and she is sold. So it was no surprise to me when she started to watch Miffy on television when she made her little come back, and fell in love with her. You can often find Emily in her teepee - otherwise known as her hideaway.

She absolutely adores readings, so it was no surprise that she loved the book she was sent - miffy goes flying. The story book is beautiful, it has a old fashioned vintage look which I love. The illustrations are bright and eye catching, and it is the perfect story for Emily's age as there it isn't a extremely long story. Miffy goes flying has become one of Emily's favourite books, and she often brings it to me to read for her.

We were also sent some lovely items for babies arrival. We were sent the Miffy Ring Rattle (£8.99) in pink, it has a white plus head and a pink cotton ring, with a cute embroidered star detail. The unique tie feature means you can secure the rattle onto a bag or stroller meaning it will never get lost. The rattle is large enough for little hands to grip and encourages babies to start enjoying using their senses through play. I know that this is going to be a massive hit with our little girl when she is here. At 2.5 years, Emily is too fond of the little rattle, and thinks it is 'so cute'.

We were also sent the Miffy activity cube (£19.99), in denim. Which is made from super soft plush fabric, and is packed with activities to stimulate babies senses. It has a baby safe mirror, different textures and it rattles. Emily has something similar to this when she was younger and it was one of her favourite toys.

There are lots of other toys and books available as part of the Miffy range, and they do make for lovely gifts for new babies.

- I was sent the product for the purpose of this post, however all opinions are my own.
