Miles Kelly Review & Giveaway

I have been a bookworm for as long as I can remember, as someone who suffers from dyslexia, reading become a massive part of my life. I realized quickly that the more I read, the more my spelling improved, my grammar too. It is also something I want Emily to be interested in, I began building Emily's book collection before she was even born. I couldn't help myself, I would see a adorable book and have to buy it straight away. Fast forward nearly two years and Emily's book collection is pretty impressive, it has also become apparent that she loves books too.

When Miles Kelly reached out to see if I would like to collaborate with them, I jumped at the chance. They offer such a good selection of books, for all ages. They are pretty cheap too.

We were sent four books, Princess and the peaCinderella, Sleeping Beauty, and Snow White. Emily is really enjoying princesses and princess books at the moment, so as soon as she saw these she was sold.

The Princess Times books are have beautiful illustrations that keep a toddlers attention. The large pages are brightly coloured, and include the classic fairytale characters. I also love that they have quite a large font, which means my Nan is able to read these to Emily too. Emily was so taken by these books she was happy to sit by herself and look through the pictures, she spotted that there was cats and dogs in the book. I could then hear her making up her own story about what the animals were doing. It was a absolute joy to watch.

I absolutely love these books just as much as Emily, they are a lovely take on the classic fairytales. They are also quite short which makes them perfect for reading at night time. Miles Kelly also has a big book of princess stories, which includes all four stories in one book. I love the idea of them all being in one book, but Emily isn't quite old enough to understand that one story out of a book and then it is bed. She thinks that it is one book and bed, which is why I opted for the individual story books.
