My Top 4 Dress Picks For Emily

I have been looking for new party dresses for Emily recently, with her birthday coming up in September and then she also has a few parties in September to attend (that aren't her own) I wanted to find a few cute dresses now, rather than a mad rush to find some a week before the party, which usually happens to me. I stumbled upon the website Lovethesales while I was searching through and found some beautiful dresses at a discounted price, so I thought I would share my top 4 picks with you.

The first brand I found, which is a personal favourite of mine was Joules, and they had lots of lovely things in the Joules sale. I managed to narrow it down to two dresses. The first was a floral print sleeveless fare dress. I love anything floral and as soon as I saw this I knew it was the perfect pick for us. The second was the blue sleeveless beach border dress, while this one wouldn't be for a party, I would put this one up for next summer. I love the style of these dresses as they look beautiful with tights, or bare legs, and once they get a little too short to wear as dresses you can team them with leggings and they make the perfect tunic style top.

Next I found these two dresses from the Marks & Spencer sale section. M&S was never really a place I thought to go for childrens clothing, It wasn't until my Grandmother brought Emily a beautiful coat from there when she was about 6 months old, that I decided to take a look. I immediately fell in love with M&S clothing. They wash really well and last ages. First was this beautiful pink sequin embellished dress. I love the attention to detail in this dress and I know Emily will love the fact it has a sparkle to it. The next one is a Tulle embroider lace dress, this one has to be the most dangerous pick, purly because its white. Toddlers in white clothing look adorable, but it doesn't necessarily stay white for long.

I have definitely found a website that I have bookmarked for future reference, I love that it is just one website, as love the sales brings together all the sales on and you can shop over 6,314 brands! Let me know what dress you like the best.

  6. I love buying dresses for my 4 year old too - my favourites have been some of the Liberty print jersey dresses for Uniqlo - only £10 but so pretty and hard wearing. I do love a Joules dress though!

  7. I like the pink shirt dress. I don't dress my little girl in dresses too much as she gets around better with a top and leggings but she did wear some cute ones on our summer holiday.
