Milk & Biscuits Clothing

Milk & Biscuits are a brand we stumbled upon recently. I love the unique design of there clothing, so when they got in touch and asked if we would like to review a few items, of course I said yes. Milk & Biscuits is an Anglo-Chinese children's fashion brand, with a basic ethos: to be simple, honest and good.

The designs are based on the classics, with a contemporary twist. Each piece is cut from comfort whilst creating a modern and distinctive style. All of the production is done with pride and care in China, at a local family run Shanghai small order factory. They aim for a low carbon footprint, and where-ever possible in the production process they use organic materials.

The first item we picked was this beautiful burnt orange skirt. The skirt is a box cut style, with a elasticated waist. It also has some box pleats which add some volume, and also make it look adorable. The skirt was super soft, and made from 100% cotton. I adored this skirt with a simple plain white t-shirt, but you could pair it with pretty much anything.

The second item we were sent was a beautiful denim blue pinafore. I absolutely love that this has the vintage type clips on them, just like I had when I was younger. It also has adjustable braces, and zips at the side. Again it is 100% cotton, and the quality of the clothing is amazing.

Overall I was really impressed with the clothing from Milk & Biscuits, I also thought the pricing was really reasonable. They have some lovely pieces on the website, and it was super easy to navigate, and order. I love the unique feel the brand has, and have my eyes on a beautiful coat for Emily.

- I was sent the two items for the purpose of the review, however all opinions are my own.
