Review: Teeny Beanies

I stumbled upon Teeny beanies when Emily was first born, I fell in love with the designs and I had my heart set on getting her one when she was old enough. When I was offered the opportunity to review on I couldn't wait.

Teeny beanies are all designed and handmade in Shropshire, there are 14 cute and loveable characters to choose from. The teeny beanies characters are available in the form of bean bags, cushion, bags, wheat & lavender hotties, bunting and soft toys. Made from soft sudette fabric and fun fur, they are also machine washable which is vital when you have children.

I picked the Florence fairy design for Emily in the small beanbag, Emily has a bean bag she plays on at Nanny's house and absolutely loves it. I knew that this would be a hit with her. The bean bags come in three sizes, small, medium and large. The smaller size beanbag is recommended for 3-5 year olds but I would say it is more suitable for 1-2 year olds. Emily can sit on the beanbag confidently by herself, and loves to use it as a little table for her book also.

The inner bag of beans can be removed, this allows you to machine wash the cover. The zips are inverted for extra safety and to keep little fingers out. I love this feature because Emily loves to play with zips, and I could see her pulling the inner bag of beans out if she had the chance.

When I saw the Florence the fairy design I knew it was the one I was going to pick for Emily. She absolutely loves pink, and recently got a happyland fairy tree house which she loves, she often gathers the Fairies to sit them on top of her bean bag. The beanbag fits next to her kitchen in our lounge perfectly. She loves to pull it out and sit on it while she plays in her kitchen. The beanbag would make a lovely addition to any nursery or bedroom.

The beanbag is really well made, and the name is sewn on beautifully. The beanbags would make a lovely gift and they are something that a child will use for many years to come, with a whole range of characters to choose from I'm sure you will find one your child will love. I have no doubt that Emily will play with hers and love it for many years to come.

The beanbags start at £35 for the small one, personally I think that the beanbag is completely worth the price considering the quality and the fact you can personalised the beanbag.

*I was sent this product in exchange for a review, however all opinions are my own*
