Christmas Food Plate #OrganixFoodFun

I'm sure you all remember my Halloween food plate, I had so much fun putting it together and working with Organix. I decided why not do a Christmas version, so that is what I decided to do. As you may remember Emily is quite a fussy eater, and the more creative I get with her meals, and the lay out of her plate the easier it is to get her to try new things. Just like before Organix sent me over there YouTube video, and some carrot sticks to help me recreate the Christmas tree that they made. I have attached the video below.

To create my Christmas tree I used cucumber sticks and cubes to make the tree braches, I then used sweetcorn to create baubles. I used cream cheese to create the star on the top of the tree instead of humus because Emily doesn't like humus. I also used Organix Goodies carrot sticks. I adapted the tree a lot to my own style, and then added some extra's.

I made the Christmas tree in the middle of the plate, then added some strawberry Santas. These are so easy to make, you simply cut the strawberries, add whipped cream in the middle of the two pieces and create a face using chocolate pieces. I then made a melted snowman cookie, using white chocolate and a marshmallow, you can find out how to make these in our vlog here. The alst thing on the plate was some sandwiches which I cut out using cookie cutters.

I'm so impressed with how the plate turned out and Emily really enjoyed eating different things on the plate. She even tried cucumber and strawberries which is a big achievement for us. Emily does like the taste of the fruit and vegetables, she doesn't like the texture.

*I was sent these products for the purpose of the review, however all opinions are my own*
