Baby's Big Day Out!

Recently, we visited Santa! I was so excited to be able to take Emily this year. Last year Emily was only 3 months old, and the experience wasn't special, magical or memorable. Emily met him outside of a supermarket, and we snapped a little picture. This year Emily is older, she understands what is going on, whenever you show her a picture of Santa she replies with 'ho,ho,ho'. We decided to take Emily to a experience rather than just spending ten minutes visiting Santa and leaving again.

We decided to take Emily to Mead Open Farm, it seemed like the perfect place to take her. She could visit Santa and then spend the whole day at the farm, feeding the animals and burn off the extra energy in the soft play area. I wanted Emily to stay nice and warm, so I made sure to layer up. I teamed up with George to pick a gorgeous outfit for Emily. I wanted something warm and christmassy. So here is the outfit I picked...

First up I picked this beauitful Fairisle eyelash jumper, it has polar bears and Reindeers on it, and it is soft and snuggly. I then teamed it with grey skinny jeans, I have always been a fan of Skinny jeans and leggings from Asda, they wash really well and Emily always looks comfortable in them. They are always really reasonably priced too, these were just £6. Emily also got an Elsa tee which she was so excited to see, when I picked the tee I didn't actually realise it had a press in sound effect. Emily had lots of fun constantly pushing the button to make it play 'let it go'. Emily loved waking up in the morning to put on a new outfit, she was so excited to wear her Elsa top, and our whole car journey to the farm all me and Sam could here was 'let it go, let it go' over and over. It does get pretty annoying quickly. Although I am glad that she enjoyed it. I cannot believe how grown up the outfit made her look.

We had such a amazing day, Emily really enjoyed making reindeer food, and seeing all the twinkly lights. She wasn't keen on Santa, I do understand though, it can be pretty daunting. I have wrote about our adventures here, putting it all in one blog post would be far to long. Instead of telling you all about our day, I'm going to insert pictures, and our vlog if you are interested in seeing it.

Emily was absolutely shattered when we got home, and she had a bath, and put on her new pyjamas. As soon as she saw them she got so excited. She is a big fan of Doc Mcstuffins, with her favourite character being lambie. She loves the hood of her dressing gown and finds it really amusing.

*I was sent these items in exchange for review, however all opinions are my own*
