Huggies Little Swimmers Review

I don't usually share our weekend antics, but this weekend we had such a lovely time, and lots of fun in the sun. So I wanted to share a few pictures with you. Emily absolutely loves being in the water, we go swimming every couple of weeks and she has lots of fun in the water. One thing I have always wanted when I has children was for them to have confidence in the water, I think it is really important for children to be able to swim. By starting swimming at a young age, you are starting them on a habit that will last a lifetime and teaching them an important and potentially life-saving skill.

Swimming is a fun and rewarding experience that helps build the bond between you and your baby. It is also a good way to exercise, I have also found that when we go swimming Emily sleeps so much better. It did take me a while to take Emily swimming, I built her confidence up in the water at bath time first, we had lots of fun splashing in the bath. I gave her lots of guidance and reassurance while she was in the bath, and she soon become used to it.

When you take your little one swimming it is crucial that you have a reliable swimming nappy. Huggies little swimmers are a quick, easy, and disposable solution for taking your baby for a swim. While the swimming nappies do need to be changed more than regular nappies they give you and your baby the freedom to enjoy the water. Little swimmers have stretchy side panels for freedom of movement, unlike normal nappies the little swimmers are made from a special material that doesn't swell up when it comes into contact with water. This gives your child the freedom to splash about in the water, and gives them the freedom to carry on moving around without the nappy gets bulky and heavy. The swim nappies are bright and colourful with recognizable Disney character images printed on them. Emily loves watching nemo, so these nappies went down really well.

The swim nappies are easy to pull on, and they have the ability to tear them off meaning there's no fumbling around when you are trying to take them off. We have been trying out the swim nappies for over a month now and we haven't had any leaking problems. The nappies have useful leak guards which prevent any accidents from floating alongside you in the pool. I would advise you too put the swim nappy underneath a costume or trunks for extra protection.

*I wasn't paid for this post. I received the item for the review purposes. However all opinions are completely my own.*
