Love2Read Review

I was contacted by Love2Read to create my own personalised book for Emily, and with fathers day coming up, I knew I had to pick the 'my daddy' book. You can create your book online, add you pictures, and add a little text. There is even space on the back of the front page to add a personalised message. The website is very easy to use and navigate. It took a couple of minutes to create the book. The purpose of love2read is to help children develop a real love for books, and readings. The text in the book is really simple and helps children with word association.

It was lovely to go back over pictures of Emily and Sam, but really hard to pick which ones to include. The first four pictures are displayed on the front colour. You can change the colour of the boarder in the book. Underneath the picture there is a space to put a sentence. The back cover of the book has a college of every picture inside the book. It is the absolute perfect gift for fathers day, and Emily can sit down with her daddy and look back at the pictures. Emily has book shelves in her bedroom, and this book is displayed on it. She always reaches for this book and says 'dadda' while Sam is at work.

This book is not just for fathers, or fathers day. You can personalise the book with any family members or even holiday memories. You can view the various other designs here. The book is avalible for £14.99, which I think is very reasonable because it is a very good learning tool, and also a lovely keepsake for Emily to look back on in years to come. She absolutely idolizes her daddy, so I am sure it will become one of her most treasured possessions. I can't wait to purchase Emily a 'My Mummy...' book in the future.

*I wasn't paid for this post. I received the item for the review purposes. However all opinions are completely my own.*
