Chemist Direct Review

When Chemist Direct got in touch and asked if I would like to do a review, I jumped at the chance, I needed some little bits to take away for our holiday so I thought it would be the perfect chance to stock up on the little bits I needed.
Chemist Direct is a online pharmacy, you can send them your prescription, visit the online doctor if you have a existing medical condition and require further medication or even gets aids to help you quit smoking. Chemist Direct are a GPhC registered pharmacy, this means that all of their working practices and products meet the standards of the general pharmaceutical council and are routinely monitored. They also provide free delivery when you spend over £40.

So here is what we got..

I have to say I was really impressed with the range of items that Chemist Direct provide. They're website is really easy to navigate and all of the departments are broken down into helpful sections. This makes it easy to find the product you are looking for, for example Emily's milk was in the 'health and well being' section, under the subsection 'mother and baby'.

Dentinox teething gel £2.09
Snuffle babe £2.99
Wet ones sticky fingers £1.00
Simple cleansing wipes £2.99
Calpol sachets £2.99
Banana boat mini sun cream £5.99 (Currently on buy one get one free)
Ibuprofen £0.95
Paracetamol £0.95
Plasters £0.53
Lynx shower gel £2.55
batiste dry shampoo £3.99
Radox bubble bath £1.91
Aptamil stage 2 formula £12.99
Gillette Venus £6.99
Garnier Fructis big volume heat defense £2.49

My total came in at £51.40, which means I was eligible for the free delivery. I kindly received a voucher for £50 in exchange for this review meaning I was left a balance of £1.40 to pay. I'm not a fan of putting in all my payment details, so I was relieved to see that you can pay via paypal. I was also really happy with my delivery, It came promptly two days after I had placed my order. The items came in a brown box which had chemist direct tape, I liked that the fragile items were wrapped in bubble wrap and the others were placed on top. It showed that care went into packaging my item.

Overall I had a really good experience and I am happy with all of my items. I will definitely purchase from chemist direct again in the future, I think it is so handy to be able to access a pharmacy online. Have you ever shopped at Chemist Direct?

*I wasn't paid for this post. I received a £50 voucher for the review purposes. However all opinions are completely my own.*
