Netflix Stream Team: What Are We Watching?

I have some news that I am so excited to share with you. I am part of the Netflix stream team. If there is one thing I love it is boxsets. I love blogging but I can't do it in silence, I need background noise, I need something to watch while I'm blogging and for me my go to has become Netflix. My love for Netflix started back when I was pregnant, as many of you may know (if your regular readers.. a girl can hope right?) I was told to take it easy, and rest as much as possible due to the fact I had gone into preterm labour and they wanted to keep baby in there as much as possible. I hate sitting still, and having to sit still makes it even worse. I started to think of things I could do, I blogged, I actually redesigned my phone blog, I booked Emily's baptism even though she wasn't yet born, I handmade her invitations for the baptism, but then I found Netflix. I watched the three boxsets one after the other, and that is where it started.

When we moved into our flat we didn't get sky, virgin or any of those 'cable' services. We decided to just stick with our free view channels and our Netflix subscription, and boy am I glad that we did. When the opportunity to join the stream team presented itself, I jumped at the chance. I wanted to know what the upcoming boxsets, and new movies added to the service were/are going to be. As part of the stream team I received apple TV as a free gift, and what a lovely gift it has been. It is so much easier to navigate Netflix, and we have really been enjoying watching it. Not just myself, but Emily has been watching curious George, and Thomas the tank engine. As much as she loves Upsy Daisy and In The Night Garden, there is only so much I can take of it, and I welcomed the change of programs. Sam and me have been watching a box set while Emily is sleeping at night, and it is so nice to just cuddle up, chat and watch something together rather than me blogging and him playing the playstation. I also love the fact I can watch Netflix on my ipad while Emily is happily playing watching her own program.

So what have we been watching?

Suits
Me and Sam have been watching this religiously every evening for about two weeks now. We watch maybe 1 or 2 episodes a night. We are absolutely loving it. For those of you who haven't watched suits, it is about a college dropout who scored a coveted associate job by impressing a big lawyer with his razor-sharp mind. The catch, the college drop out has no legal credentials.

Orange is the new black
I absolutely love this program, I am completely addicted, It is a feel good program, that will have you laughing along, the lead actress Taylor Schilling is brilliant. I would definitely recommend watching this. For those of you who haven't watched orange is the new black, A crime Piper Chapman has committed in her youthful past gets sent to woman's prison. She trades her comfortable New York life for one of unexpected camaraderie and conflict in an eccentric group of fellow inmates.

Once upon a time
This is a family friendly box set, Once upon a time is a fantasy serious about a young woman Emma, who is drawn to a small Maine town and discovers that it's filled with elements of the fairy tale world.

Pretty little liars
This is more of a chic flick kind of boxset, I watched episode after episode one night when I couldn't sleep. I was absolutely addicted. Pretty little liars is about 5 girls, who are ruddlerless without their missing leader. The four formerly tight high school friends band together when a blackmailer threatens to spill their dirt. Pretty little liars will keep you on the edge of your seat, wanting more and wanting to know what happens.

The office
This is Sam's favourite program, its a laugh out loud comedy. Its about disgruntled office workers led by deluded boss Michael Scott at the Dunder Mifflin paper company.

We have also been watched quite a few movies such as The Hobbit, Iron Man, Thor, Catching Fire, and Abduction.

Emily has been loving, Thomas the Tank engine, Curious George, and Cinderella. Feel free to let me know in the comments what you are loving on Netflix.

*I wasn't paid for this post. I received Netflix subscription for review purposes. However all opinions are my own.*
